RULES AND GUIDELINES
MINIMUN AGE 10 TO RAGE
Participants under 16 must be accompanied in the rooms by an adult
CLOSE TOE SHOES ARE REQUIRED
No Exceptions! Shoes must also have a hard sole. Absolutely no Hey Dudes, Crocs, Toms, Roxy-Style, Slip-Ons, etc.
SAFETY GEAR WILL BE PROVIDED
We will supply you with: Coveralls, Face Shields, and Gloves.
TOOLS FOR FUN
All tools needed will also be provided. We have an assortment of baseball bats, sledge hammers, and others to use in the fun! As well as the items to smash!!
APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELATIONS
All reservations must be CANCELLED 24 hours prior to the booking date to obtain a full refund. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours prior to booking date will receive a 50% refund of full purchase price. There is a $10 rescheduling fee - customers must call 24 hours prior to appointment to reschedule.

IMPORTANT SMASH DETAILS
All participants must sign a waiver prior to entering smash rooms. All participants must wear protective gear. Must use provided implements for destruction. Must wear close toe shoes with a hard sole. Must follow all of the Joplin's Upper Room rules. Absolutely no hitting of fellow ragers.
Intentional damage to the smash rooms, tools, cameras, speakers, or any of Joplin's Upper Room property - you must pay to replace those items and they will be very expensive.
